Once you are verified and the agreement is signed, your confidential dossiers appear here: imagery, figures, valuation and vendor terms.

Sellers’ mandates and confidentiality agreements are signed online. The sale agreement for the estate itself is signed in ink, as South African law requires, and handled by the conveyancing attorney. Funds from abroad arrive through a South African bank, with every transfer documented, so they can be taken out again on a later sale.
